Oh Wow! What an interesting experience I am having. It is the early hours of New Year's Eve and I have already been up several hours re-balancing my energy field. Some people would call what I am feeling a psychic attack. I guess you could say that is what it is. The truth is, the "attacker" is not directly attacking me but coming through a Host source. I'll explain.
There is an individual that I know who would love to do harm to my reputation and life. Sad situation but true. Many people can understand that kind of malice and have experienced it their own lives. Sometimes these angry individuals are called "energy vampires" or "psychic attackers". In my case, I have learned how to disengage from this particular attacker and have been successful in disallowing a breach in my own energy field from vicious thoughts, words and other forms of attack from her. I am usually very aware when something is being "thrown" at me, but can re-balance quickly.
The interesting challenge today is....a near and dear friend of mine has allowed this angry Soul into his world. This is his choice which should not have anything to do with me. However, I awoke this morning, not for the first time, in full awareness that he is being used as a "host" source to connect with me. Energetically, it is much like using an extension cord to connect one source of energy to feed into another field of energy. My Dear Friend has become the extension cord and I am now "plugged into" the anger and attack via him. The sad part of all of this is, as aware of energies as he is, he is not aware of how he is being used nor how this is affecting me.
My point in describing all of this is to bring awareness to how inter-connected we all are. It also reminds me that Who and What I choose to align myself with not only has consequences on my life but the lives of everyone I associate with. If my dearest Friend can be unaware of his role as Host, then perhaps I am allowing myself to become a Host for someone else. Oh Dear, I hope I don't play that part.
As I position myself behind an invisible short wall and watch this battle play itself out (much like watching a movie as an uninvolved observer) it is very interesting to observe how humans jockey themselves to "feed" or attack on each other energetically. There are thousands of books written on the subject of psychic attacks, etc. but to detach oneself and become the Observer of how we as humans will find a "feed" of energy is astonishing to me. James Redfield's wonderful book The Celestine Prophecy describes this sort of "feeding" very well. Some people can literally "See" with their eyes the way this exchange of energy transpires. I, personally, do not have that sort of sight but, as an empath, easily discern when it is occurring.
As I prepare myself for the New Year with new hopes and dreams, I will use this insight to be personally more aware of where, who and what I align myself with in 2014 and beyond. What a wonderful teacher this angry Soul is. I choose to be thankful, yet again, for the amazing spiritual lessons she allows me to learn from her. What a priceless gift she has become.
It is my great hope that we All create 2014 as our best year ever and play well together. With love and respect to All that read this, thank you for spending your time with me as I venture into yet another chapter of Life's book.

Empaths, HSPs and Holidays
This message is dedicated to all Empaths/HSPs that are experiencing some intense emotions and physical imbalances this time of year. This year especially, the planetary alignments, comets buzzing by, meteors making record breaking appearances, and sunflares are all shifting our vibrational fields. No one on beautiful Planet Earth is immune from the changes that all these cosmic events are making on us. We are being changed, forever, emotionally, physically, consciously, spiritually. Humans are entering into the new phase of evolution in warp speed.
In addition to the Galaxy taking Empaths on a wild ride, we then add the High holiday season for many cultures and religions. BAM! We just upped the vibrations to the "Crazy" level. Not only are we adding the excitement and stress from millions of humans running around preparing feasts and parties, but then we have to add the stress of financial burdens and awareness to many of these millions of "off center/unaware" Souls struggling to make through another year. Then comes another BAM of outside influence on Empaths! Media. Dear Ole Media. The source of so much chaos, conditioning and mind control that is determined to make our lives better by laying a guilt trip on our subconcious minds that We Need more, We Need to give more, We Need to buy certain products to look better so that we will be more loveable and successful. And let us not forget the exchange of differing vibrational fields we encounter at family gatherings.........OMG.........no wonder so many of us just want to jump in bed and pull the comfortable blankets over our energy fields. It is just TOO much!
I understand this because for a week I have been challenged with deep feelings of sadness, anxiety and overload. As I checked in with friends, they are also experiencing crying spells and other off balance emotions. I took my intuition's call last night and was going to take a short nap about 4:00 pm. Well, my body did not arise until about 10:30 pm. I drank a lovely cup of hot tea and returned to the shelter of my blankies and was guarded until 6:00 this morning. Oh how lovely solitude and escape of the mind and senses can be. The beauty of the retreat was that there were no drugs (legal or not legal) used to travel to the remote space of peace and safety.
As I prepare myself for, yet another, day of intense awareness of outside stimulation I will send out loving thoughts and prayers to all those who are allowing themselves to "feel" and awaken from the deep sleep of unconsciousness. I will remember that this is just the beginning of a new human experience. These challenges that Empaths, Lightworkers, Starseeds, Healers and all other HSPs are walking through, with great courage, are the seeds of a new Planet Earth. A planet of compassion, tolerance, non-judgement and realization of the unity that webs us into One.
I invoke blessings on all Humanity and especially the Way-Showers as we "feel" our way through the darkness to the Light of the Divine.
With all due respect for Humanity and our extended Star Family, Thank you for your love and support through this evolution in Time and Space.

No Time, No Space Continued............
Since my post about an empath's journey into the quantum levels, I have really delved deep to the core of an experience I had almost a month ago to find my truth of the experience.
I was at an amazing museum opening of a One-Man-Show that a friend of mine was invited to create. He texted me shortly before the opening reception that he had no idea the culmination of his talents and efforts (when brought together in one room) could produce such an intense emotional reaction within him. I was excited for him but was not prepared for my own reaction upon entering the gallery.
The presentation was of the famous gathering of Kumbh Mela in India. The showing was at the Museum of the Southwest here in Midland, Texas.

As I entered the gallery few people had arrived. Without warning I, too, had an extraordinary experience. I literally felt as if I had entered the Sacred Room of an ancient Temple. This temple felt like it had not been disturbed for many years and was awaiting the unveiling of Its treasures by the chosen Explorer who would venture into the wholeness of Its contents. This was the beginning of a very interesting evening for me personally.
Greg Davis, the Explorer/photographer, quickly made his way to my side as I entered. We exchanged our "feelings" and he graciously introduced me to his family. It did not take long, within the energy of the conversation with them, to tap-into the power of the art work. I did not realize at the time the magnitude of the power that the art had over me.
As I greeted familiar friends and met new acquaintances, I was very aware of a strange feeling of disconnect from the group. This disconnection continued through the short span of about an hour and half until the end of the reception. By this time, I was aware of where I was and very aware of meeting some very interesting people but still felt disconnected. These new people in my life included the sponsor for the event and other influential members of the community committed to bringing important art to the barren plains of West Texas. But a huge part of me was MIA (Missing In Action). What was going on with me? Surely, the wine at the reception could not have manifested this state of unconsciousness. Where was I? What am I, in physical reality, experiencing?
I was invited to join the prominent members of the evening for dinner afterwards. What a opportunity! The evening, however, was more like an out-of-body experience. I did not understand the process I was living but continued to interact as normal as possible. It was not until days later, that I questioned what really happened. This led me to explore the vibrations and energies that I blended with that evening.
As I explored my Inner Self and asked for understanding on the events of the evening and my strange behavior, I was once again shown levels of quantum time and space. The answers that I received were more esoteric than I could imagine.
Seems that I entered into a field outside of Time and Space as I walked into the gallery. I, truly, entered into the event of the Kumbh Mela. This included the energies of about a 100 million people! I was swept to the edge of the Ganges River with the other pilgrims in an instant that night at the gallery. I was not only there with all of them, but I was energetically connected to each and everyone in that ritual! The energy within the pictures of Greg's collection immediately sent me out of Time and Space into a realm of Connectedness, and Oneness. I Was at Kumbh Mela and I Was each of those pilgrims. My difficulty became processing all this information at the time I entered that zone of Union. My physical and mental bodies could not handle the information overload! Thus, I went out of body. Literally!
And So It Was, and So It Is (no time, no space).
This was yet another wild ride on the way to quantum living. Hold on to your hats, Dear Ones! You, too, will soon be experiencing the ride.
